Job Summary
Conduct technical and environmental diagnostics to evaluate project needs and constraints, then estimate technical lots to ensure estimation reliability. Define and integrate technical and environmental requirements throughout programming, design, and realization phases while coordinating internal and external technical, environmental, and maintenance competencies. Support owners of works in programming to guarantee feasibility and performance, and participate in tenders by drafting technical responses, analyzing projects, and selecting contractors. Contribute to BIM data exploitation and method evolution. Requires a superior technical degree with at least five years of experience as a Technical Project Lead or specialized studies engineer on complex projects.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé/e d'une formation technique supérieure
- expérience significative d'au moins 5 ans
- expérience en tant que Chef/fe de projets en Maîtrise d'œuvre TCE
- expérience en tant qu'Ingénieur/e d'études spécialisé(e) dans une discipline technique spécifique
