Job Summary
As an Ingénieur(e) spécialiste en modélisation hydraulique, you will be responsible for performing hydraulic modeling on major urban infrastructure projects, participating in the design of urban infrastructure and stormwater retention basins, and defining technical solutions for hydraulic and municipal challenges. You will need to create compliant technical plans, write clear and precise technical specifications, and work closely with multidisciplinary design teams. A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, membership in good standing with OIQ, and at least 8 years of relevant experience are essential for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in urban infrastructure or hydraulics
- Fluency in French (oral and written)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in urban infrastructure
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software (PCSWMM)
- Strong problem-solving skills in hydraulic and municipal issues
- Experience in multi-disciplinary design collaboration
