Job Summary
Quality/Manufacturing Engineer responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining QA processes, leveraging Lean methodology to drive continuous improvement, leading root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating across Engineering, Suppliers, and Operations to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the quality management system, creating quality documentation (manuals, procedures), leading audits and supplier surveillance, determining inspection and test equipment, managing projects to improve cost and quality, applying advanced quality planning tools (FMEA, key characteristics, mistake proofing), and supporting capital equipment projects. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (supervisory lead experience preferred), knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma/ISO, strong communication, and bilingual English/French. Location: Longueuil, QC, Canada; full-time role; in-person.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3 - 5 years quality and engineering or related experience in a manufacturing environment
- experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO or equivalent preferred
- strong math and analytical skills
- bilingual English and French Canadian
