Job Summary
Conduct daily operational HSE presence to actively improve safety culture, analyze incident reports to identify root causes, and implement corrective action plans. Pilot delegated transformation projects while ensuring regulatory compliance for hygiene and safety through periodic audits and DUERP maintenance. Manage environmental certification ISO 14001, monitor site energy consumption, and coordinate mandatory periodic controls with teams. Develop training materials, deliver inductions for new hires, and generate safety and environmental reporting data. Analyze site risks and propose transformation actions to enhance overall safety and environmental performance.
Required Qualifications
- Formation de niveau Bac+5 en HSE
- 5 années d'expérience minimum sur un poste similaire dans le domaine industriel
- Maîtrise des outils information (Pack Office) et digitaux
- Un niveau d'anglais B2
