Job Summary
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be key in promoting the technical quality of studies at AtkinsRéalis, engaging in continuous improvement, and coordinating civil engineering projects aligned with applicable standards and nuclear safety requirements. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and supervising technical work, proposing innovative study methods, and collaborating across disciplines. Required qualifications include a degree in civil engineering, proficiency in French and English, substantial autonomy, communication skills, and familiarity with nuclear power industry standards. Experience in coordinating technical teams is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in civil engineering
- Experienced in design and execution studies
- Fluency in French (C1 or equivalent) and good level of professional English (B2 or equivalent)
- Strong autonomy and initiative
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and synthesis skills
- Knowledge of nuclear power plants
- Familiarity with French and international design rules and standards, as well as modeling software (Ansys, Abaqus, Code_Aster, Robot or equivalent)
- Experience in technical coordination of a team of engineers and/or senior technicians
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in multicultural and international projects
- Design of various buildings in the basic design or FEED phase
