Conduct technical consulting for clients on analysis selection and method choices, including invoice generation. Manage daily analysis workflows from sample receipt to result reporting while handling billing and credit management. Resolve technical complaints following validated reports and contribute to sales development through client satisfaction. Relay on operational missions as activity needs arise. This role requires a BAC +2 to BAC +5 in chemistry with prior client-facing analysis experience. The position is a permanent full-time role in Maxéville with a fixed salary plus variable bonuses, vacation allowance, and company benefits.
