Job Summary
Lead commercial strategy for a major banking account by mapping key client stakeholders and identifying new delivery opportunities in cloud, DevOps, and AI. Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to contract negotiation while responding to strategic tenders. Collaborate with recruitment to source top talent, present consultants to clients, and oversee their career development. Ensure perimeter profitability by tracking revenue, margins, and intercontract rates, providing regular activity reports to leadership. This role requires a hunter mindset balanced with account nurturing, targeting candidates with a Bac+5 degree and prior experience as an Account Engineer in an ESN, with banking sector knowledge as a significant advantage.
