Job Summary
Senior Customer Program Engineer for APS Radial at Pratt & Whitney Canada, based at the Longueuil head office with hybrid working options. You will manage product performance in service, maintain strong relationships with customers and aircraft manufacturers, lead integrated teams, influence product improvements affecting safety, durability and maintenance costs, define and implement strategies for new programs and customers, manage in-service campaigns and warranty programs, and act as the product expert to support teams and clients. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience, with strong project management and communication skills, the ability to operate in a matrix organization, and willingness to travel. Proficiency in English is required for technical documentation and communications with international partners; role is conducted in a French-speaking work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Customer Engineering or Project Engineering is a plus
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Ability to convert technical data into strategy and action plans
- Knowledge of engines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access
- Willingness to travel
- French-speaking work environment with strong English skills
