Job Summary
Electronic test bench lead for aerospace/defense environments: develop and maintain production and client test benches; provide support to internal/external production sites; ensure operational availability of deployed solutions; diagnose hardware/software faults and implement fixes; track hardware/software evolutions, validate and measure effectiveness; draft test acceptance reports post-validation; participate in activity reviews; interface with production for request tracking; train operators on test equipment; document interventions and share best practices; continuously propose improvements to test tools; strong electronics skills (schematics reading, board diagnostics) and software development capabilities; familiarity with LabVIEW and TestStand preferred; strict adherence to test methods and validation principles; capable of defect characterization, proposing solutions, and intervening on production test equipment; qualities include rigor, autonomy, prioritization, synthesis and effective reporting; Bac+5 with 2-3 years post-degree experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5
- Minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience post-diplôme
- Compétences en électronique (Lecture de schémas, diagnostic sur carte)
- Connaissance idéalement de LabVIEW et TestStand
- Maîtrise des méthodes de test et de validation
- Rigueur, autonomie et capacité à prioriser les tâches
- Formation / Expérience: Bac+5 et expérience pertinente
