Job Summary
Coordinate engine assembly and disassembly activities for experimental engines, integrating engineering requirements into engine configurations, ensuring availability of parts and tools, and supporting production readiness. Works with assemblers, modules and support groups, documents activity results, and participates in continuous improvement. Includes occasional day/evening shifts and possible overtime; requires strong organizational skills and bilingual English/French communication on technical terms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5 years of experience OR DEC in Aeronautics with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in assembly and/or testing of gas turbines
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude
- Bilingual English/French proficiency for reading/writing technical documentation and communicating with international colleagues
- Experience coordinating assembly and disassembly activities in a manufacturing/test environment
- Experience ensuring availability of parts and tools for assembly
- Ability to integrate engineering requirements into engine configurations
