Job Summary
Lead and coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for customer complaints and process non-conformities while communicating quality issues and data trends to internal customers. Develop control plans for warehouse-to-operations delivery and define measurement equipment for component inspections. Perform periodic audits of component storage locations and support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) implementation. Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality enhancement and cost reductions using PFMEA documents and Six Sigma methodologies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or business, 3–5 years of quality control experience, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 - 5 years of quality control related work
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Six-Sigma Black Belt of Green Belt
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Strong written and verbal English and Spanish skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or business-related field preferred
- Preferably in a regulated industry (Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Food or Personal Care)
- Supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory
