Job Summary
Coordinate installation, corrective, and preventive maintenance for last-mile links serving corporate clients through designated providers. Configure logical data link settings and manage fixed asset inventory for spare parts, including supply analysis and stock control. Execute business continuity management activities, incident escalation from front and back office channels, and post-sales support for service disruptions. Generate network availability reports and validate equipment issues with technology providers.
Required Qualifications
- Título Universitario en Ingeniería en electrónica/ telecomunicaciones/ telemática/ sistemas
- 6 meses de experiencia
- Conocimientos en Networking
- Conocimientos en CCNA
- Conocimientos en redes Datos
- Conocimientos en IP/MPLS
- Conocimientos en servicios de ultima milla
- Conocimientos en sistemas de transmision de datos
- Conocimientos en cableado estructurado
