Job Summary
Provide on-site technical support to end users in Tlalnepantla, configuring and administering equipment while resolving hardware, software, and networking tickets. Proactively monitor systems to identify prevention opportunities and deliver post-sales software services for standard and specialized industrial environments. Manage incidents across three support levels for applications, servers, printers, and mobile devices. Requires a technical degree and 2–3 years of industry experience.
