Job Summary
Provide on-site technical support to end users in client sites, administering preventive and corrective resolution for applications, networking, and industrial server environments. Configure and manage hardware, software, and mobile devices including laptops, hand-helds, and printers while resolving tickets and tracking requests. Utilize proactive monitoring procedures to identify prevention opportunities and deliver post-sales software services or application solutions for standard and specialized systems. Maintain active communication and teamwork skills to address all client incidents across hardware, software, and network levels. Work 100% in-person in client offices in San Juan del Rio.
Required Qualifications
- Carrera Técnica
- Licenciatura en tecnologías de Información
- Ingeniería en Sistemas
- Ciencias de la Computación
- Informática
- 2 años de experiencia trabajando con la industria de la tecnología
- 2 años de experiencia dando soporte a computadoras, celulares, impresoras, hand held, lectores de códigos
- Conocimiento avanzado en sistemas operativos y software
- Networking básico
- Android
- IOS
- 100% Presencial en oficinas del cliente en San Juan del Rio
