Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in manufacturing by recommending equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production yields. Integrate equipment and material capabilities to satisfy process module and technology target specifications while reviewing product development requirements for compatibility. Lead innovation and optimization of new manufacturing concepts, including scouting feasibility, material selection, and tooling installation. Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and ensure all procedures comply with regulations. Interact with product design and development personnel to ensure process-design compatibility and may conduct statistical analysis. This role supports Medtronic's mission to alleviate pain and restore health through innovative medical technologies.
