Ingeniero/a Técnico de Estudios

Conduct technical analysis of projects and bid documentation, including cost studies, budget preparation, and offer formulation. Plan and supervise construction execution while controlling costs, certifications, and deviations. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, resolve technical on-site incidents, and negotiate technical and economic terms with clients. Measure work units to optimize technical solutions and ensure compliance with current regulations. Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or similar, five years of experience in studies or site direction, and proficiency in AutoCAD and budgeting software.
