Ingeniero/a Responsable de Mantenimiento Instalaciones

Develop technical specifications for materials and machinery required for construction projects while creating execution plans. Supervise and analyze execution drawings, formalize operation manuals, and plan material and human resource needs. Manage assigned project portfolios to provide technical advisory services to clients, process material orders, and track subcontractors. Verify work quality for both in-house staff and subcontractors, exercising control and supervision over all external contractors. Ensure implementation of sufficient and necessary PRL measures within your area of competence. Requires engineering degree in electrical/mechanical industrial engineering, updated sector knowledge, and leadership skills. Immediate incorporation available.
