Ingeniero/a de Oficina Técnica

Design and calculate civil works for hydraulic infrastructure, including pipelines, diversion channels, and pumping stations. Coordinate technical proposal assembly for bids by consolidating engineering, computations, and specifications. Prepare and consolidate construction pricing, integrating costs, resources, and materials. Interpret public and private tender documents and manage required documentation. Track technical program progress, including milestones, physical advances, and execution variances. Manage the preparation and follow-up of work certifications. Generate technical progress reports for the Engineering and Projects Management. Collaborate with designers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and legal teams on project requirements. Requires a Civil or Construction Engineering degree with at least three years of experience in bids, budgeting, or technical offices.
