Conduct technical change analysis and control for C-295 configuration, managing traceability for modifications including PCP, PM, SB, and DCVs. Evaluate impacts on crew and maintenance training programs while developing and validating training material updates based on technical documentation changes like FCOM, MCOM, QRHs, AMM, and IPC. Implement Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for various fleets to ensure regulatory alignment and oversee equipment traceability (LTA) with final project review alongside the quality team. Requires aerospace engineering background with at least two years in aerospace training or technical publications, B2 English proficiency, and a 7:00–15:00 schedule.
