Job Summary
Provide technical support for IT equipment across multiple customer sites, including installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and service of PCs, laptops, printers, and networking devices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repair of devices, installing and optimizing network hardware/software. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in computer systems or related field, 2-3 years of experience in IT support, and strong problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer systems or related field, or completed technical professional degree
- 2-3 years of experience in IT equipment support
- High level of problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Experience with end-user handling
- Ability to work in teams
- Conflict management and resolution
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of operating systems and applications
- Experience with ITSM platforms (like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy, etc.) under SLA
- Technical English
