Job Summary
Infusion Systems Territory Manager responsible for direct sales of Baxter infusion pumps, syringe pumps, accessories, and software upgrades across a territory from San Diego, CA to Las Vegas, NV. You will achieve sales quotas, implement sales strategies, and deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals (doctors and nurses). The role emphasizes building trusted relationships on-site, gathering customer feedback to inform marketing and product decisions, and collaborating with customer service and operations to ensure satisfaction. Travel is required. Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience (or 6+ years with a high school diploma) is required, along with knowledge of IV therapy and prior capital equipment sales experience; strong negotiation, communication, and analytic skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or 6+ years of experience with a high school diploma or GED
- Prior Capital equipment sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of IV Therapy and related products is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales targeting strategies
- Travel required to territory/sites
