Infusion & Specialty Pharmacist

Manage clinical verification, documentation, and coordination for infusion and specialty therapies while supporting intake, referral, dispensing, and ongoing therapy management across complex patient cases. Ensure compliance with sterile compounding, clinical monitoring, and pharmacy operations standards by coordinating with internal teams and providers to support timely therapy access. Help manage prior authorizations, clinical documentation, and workflow requirements for specialty medications including IVIG, TPN, and biologics. Collaborate with nurses, providers, and pharmacy teams to maintain quality and clinical excellence. Full-time or part-time schedule with 401(k), health insurance, and PTO.
