Job Summary
Achieve company objectives for an assigned territory by bringing in new referrals to increase overall market share. Develop a strategic plan for the Montgomery, AL area to ensure goal attainment and facilitate cross-functional teamwork across all organizational departments. Manage general sales activity, sales communications, and marketing support while maintaining proficiency in partner programs like MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a calm, adaptable environment, collaborating with the team to restore health and hope to patients.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of sales experience in the infusion services, or other related healthcare product/service industries
- Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner
- Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include reading, distance, computer, and color vision
- Talking and hearing are essential to communicate with patients, vendors, and staff
- All employees must uphold the confidentiality of protected health information and follow all HIPAA policies
