Infusion RN

Conduct comprehensive care for patients by performing skilled procedures, making critical assessments, and implementing individualized care plans. Collaborate within the interdisciplinary team to collect social, psychological, and developmental data while formulating nursing diagnoses and evaluating intervention outcomes. Provide patient and family education on pain management, nutrition, skin integrity, fall prevention, diabetes, and discharge instructions. Document all activities in patient records according to health system standards and maintain confidentiality through ethical decision-making. Participate in research activities and identify opportunities for improvement with outcomes managers. Requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of RN experience, and BLS certification; based at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center in Texas.
