Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for individuals and families while maintaining a safe environment and promoting patient safety initiatives. Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels, providing verbal and written feedback to peers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care, participate in quality and evidence-based practice initiatives, and supervise delegated LPN scope of practice. Utilize the nursing process to implement individualized patient plans of care and continuously assess health status against norms. Document interventions, resolve patient concerns, and advocate for patients while demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
