Infusion RN - Per Diem - Montgomery

Infusion Nurse II coordinates and provides intermediate direct patient care to patients in the home or alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician plan of care. Responsibilities include initiating and modifying the nursing plan of care, administering medications, educating patients and families, documenting in real-time, coordinating discharge, and supervising/mentoring Infusion Nurse I’s as needed. Requires active RN license, CPR, and travel up to 100% of the time in the Montgomery/Prattville area. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred; 1–2 years infusion nursing experience is preferred. The role emphasizes compliance with HIPAA and agency policies, interaction with multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development through required training and continuing education.
