Job Summary
Infusion Nurse II needed for Per Diem role in Land O' Lakes, FL. Provides intermediate direct patient care in home or infusion suite under physician plan of care, initiates and adjusts treatments, administers medications, educates patients and families, documents care in real time, coordinates discharge planning, and supports coordination of care with clinical teams. Requires active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience; BSN preferred. Travel up to 100% may be required. Responsibilities also include mentoring other Infusion Nurses, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA. Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
- Preference for Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Infusion nursing experience may be preferred
- Access to a vehicle for business travel with proof of liability insurance
