Infusion RN - Infusion

Conduct direct nursing services and case management for infusion therapy patients in home, clinic, or alternate living sites. Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare providers to deliver quality care while serving as a resource for home care nursing staff. Demonstrate competency in all phases of the nursing process and model professional standards within the team. Requires a Washington Registered Nurse License, one year of acute care experience, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
