Job Summary
Provide direct nursing services and case management for infusion therapy to patients in homes, clinics, or alternate living sites. Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and payers to coordinate care, while modeling competency in the nursing process and supporting home care staff. Maintain a full-time day shift schedule within a 2.5-hour driving radius of Spokane Valley, WA, and comply with all state driving laws and insurance requirements. Requires a Washington RN license, acute care experience, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Education sufficient for licensure
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- Driving license and auto insurance
- 1 year Experience in acute care nursing
