Job Summary
Provide direct nursing services and case management for infusion therapy to patients in homes, clinics, or alternate living sites across Oregon and southwest Washington. Collaborate and coordinate with providers, patients, caregivers, physicians, and payors to deliver care. Maintain Oregon or Washington registered nurse licensure upon hire and obtain National Provider BLS certification within 30 days. Work 7 days on followed by 7 days off, including five 8-hour shifts and two 10-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
