Infusion RN – Home and Ambulatory Infusion (7on/7off)

Provide direct nursing services and case management for infusion therapy to patients in homes, clinics, or alternate living sites across Oregon and southwest Washington. Collaborate and coordinate with providers, patients, caregivers, physicians, and payors to deliver care. Maintain Oregon or Washington Registered Nurse licensure upon hire and obtain National Provider BLS certification within 30 days. Work 7 days on, 7 days off, including five 8-hour and two 10-hour shifts.
