Infusion RN

Administer intravenous (IV) therapies and medications while assessing patient needs, managing infusion devices, and monitoring for complications. Perform head-to-toe assessments on adult, geriatric, and general populations, including evaluating pain and managing pain techniques. Educate patients and families on care processes and pain management strategies. Maintain medical equipment by cleaning and disinfecting devices and stretchers after use. Answer telephone calls professionally, refer patient problems to physicians, and schedule appointments. Maintain accurate nursing documentation for patient histories, conditions, treatments, and assessment changes.
