Job Summary
Infusion Nurse in Oncology providing chemotherapy and infusion therapy onsite at Covenant Children's Hospital in Lubbock, TX. Responsibilities include chemotherapy administration, venous access management (port-a-caths and other venous access devices), pain management, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to implement the nursing plan of care. Requires nursing degree/diploma, Texas RN license, and BLS (and ACLS within 1 year). Oncology-focused experience and chemotherapy administration knowledge are preferred.

- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
