Job Summary
Administer infusions and injections with precision while conducting patient assessments and monitoring treatment responses. Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects, then document observations accurately in the Electronic Health Record system. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers to coordinate care, while assisting with inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence. Work at multiple facilities within the designated market as needed to support patient care and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Active and Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- Flexibility to work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed
Desired Qualifications
- PALS certification
- Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting
- Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols
- Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
