Job Summary
Infusion Registered Nurse delivering infusion therapies in Mountlake Terrace, WA. Responsibilities include welcoming patients to private infusion rooms, educating patients about treatments and potential adverse reactions, administering prescribed medications and establishing IV access (including central lines), monitoring patient conditions, documenting in EMR accurately and timely, maintaining flow of patient care, and keeping rooms clean and stocked. Requires ADN (BSN preferred), at least 3 years of RN experience in high-acuity settings (ICU/ER), infusion experience preferred, and current RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS. Proficient in EMR and standard office software; strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for patient interaction and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical RN experience in ICU, ER, or similar high-acuity settings
- Infusion experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Valid RN License
- Current American Heart Association BLS or ACLS/PALS certification
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and patient interaction
- Recent IV experience
