Job Summary
Welcome patients to private infusion rooms, escort them to treatment areas, and educate them on therapies and potential adverse reactions. Administer prescribed medications, establish IV access including central lines, and monitor patient conditions while documenting responses in the Electronic Medical Records. Maintain infusion room cleanliness and stock levels, answer phone calls adhering to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines, and manage emergency situations calmly. Requires a valid RN license, 3+ years of high-acuity experience, and recent IV skills. Full-time, 5 days, 9am to 5pm. Competitive hourly pay between $54 and $58.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN License
- Current American Heart Association BLS or ACLS/PALS certification
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical RN experience in ICU, ER, or similar high-acuity settings
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and patient interaction
- Recent IV experience
- Monday through Friday
- 9am to 5pm
