Job Summary
Infusion Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in infusion treatments; calculate, mix, and administer prescription medications; perform IV insertions; monitor patients before, during, and after treatments; document assessments; supervise assigned unlicensed direct patient care staff; ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate charting across electronic records; participate in CQI initiatives and collaborate with the medical team to ensure safe, effective infusion therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state professional nurse licensure
- Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree, required.
- ONC Certified, Preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification, required.
- Minimum of 1yr IV experience, required.
- Infusion experience, preferred.
- Certification in specialty/CRNI (Certified RN Infusion), preferred.
