Infusion Registered Nurse

Conduct physical assessments, including client admissions and reassessments, as directed by the Clinical Supervisor. Administer infusions, injectables, and IV access while maintaining safety, infection control, and continuous quality improvement standards. Report changes in client condition to the medical practitioner and care team promptly and contribute to the development and adjustment of client care plans. Assume accountability for professional nursing practice following the state Nurse Practice Act and home health standards. Schedule involves one infusion patient every four weeks for two hours.
