Job Summary
The Infusion Pharmacist role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and an active pharmacist license. In this position, you will manage Plex home infusion therapies and collaborate closely with patients and healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and has experience in acute-care or home infusion pharmacy.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Active Pharmacist license
- Minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience in acute-care pharmacy or 1 year in home infusion therapy.
Desired Qualifications
- Recent experience with intravenous admixture services and IV therapy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with MS Office, email, and general computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
