Job Summary
Infusion Pharmacist responsible for preparing sterile compounds and overseeing drug distribution to clinic departments, while participating in the pharmacy’s quality processes and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Licensed as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
- Minimum of one year of IV infusion experience in hospital or home infusion pharmacy
