Job Summary

Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy in home or alternate site settings, including assessments, care planning, and patient education. Evaluate home environments for safety and coordinate all communications with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners. Manage schedules via company platforms, document encounters and clinical documents, and submit plans of treatment per policy. Maintain strong knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards while ensuring timely document submission to the branch office. Must work per diem, 20-24 hours weekly, Monday-Friday with variable shifts including evenings and weekends, plus on-call rotation. Requires a single state RN license for Michigan, valid driver's license, and ability to drive up to two hours one direction.

Required Qualifications

  • Must live within 25 minutes from the Saginaw, MI area
  • Must be able to work Per Diem, 20-24 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm- variable schedule to include: days/afternoons/evening/weekends as needed
  • Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Must be able to drive up to 2 hours one direction to see patients
  • Must be able to provide infusions to patients in their homes
  • Must be comfortable working in patients homes around animals/cigarette smoke
  • Must have a single state RN license for Michigan in good standing
  • Current RN license by the applicable state's Board of Nursing, in good standing
  • Valid state issued driver's license with no significant restrictions on that license
  • Minimum 3 years nursing experience
  • Must be available to respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on operations
  • Availability during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the emergency
  • Must be knowledgeable and have used the following IV access devices: IV lines, accessing ports, and administration of infusion medications

Desired Qualifications

  • RN degree, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred
  • Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required
  • Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred
