Job Summary
Infusion Nurse provides direct patient care for assigned patients in infusion therapy, including assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education in the home or alternate sites. Responsibilities include initiating and maintaining communications with care team members, educating patients and care partners to safely administer home infusion therapy, evaluating the home environment for safety, developing and evaluating care plans, managing schedules via the company platform, coordinating patient care, participating in nurse on-call rotation, documenting patient encounters per policy, and maintaining knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards. Must be licensed as an RN in GA; on-call rotation required; some travel for driving and home visits; 40-hours/week, Monday–Friday with on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in GA
- Current RN license in good standing
- RN degree, BSN preferred
- Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required
- Participation in an on-call rotation (nights and weekends)
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred
- Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred
- Valid state issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
