Infusion Nurse

Job Summary
Infusion Nurse provides direct care for infusion therapy patients in the home or alternate site setting, including assessments, care planning, and education for patients and care partners. Responsibilities include initiating and maintaining communications with care team (pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, home care partners), educating patients and care partners on safely administering home infusion therapy, evaluating the home care environment for safety, developing and evaluating the plan of care with the team, managing schedules via the company platform, coordinating patient care, participating in nurse on-call rotations, documenting all encounters per policy, maintaining knowledge of Soleo therapies and protocols, and ensuring timely submission of treatment documents. Must work full-time (40 hours/week) with a schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and on-call coverage; must hold a current RN license in Ohio and have a BSN preferred; advanced certifications are preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license by the applicable state's Board of Nursing, in good standing
- RN degree, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred
- Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required
- Participation in an on-call rotation
- Nursing experience in infusion therapy preferred (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Driver’s license with no significant restrictions
