Job Summary
Infusion Nurse provides direct patient care for infusion therapy in the home or alternate sites, including assessments, care planning, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy; collaborates with pharmacists, prescribers, home care partners, and community resources; evaluates home environments for safety; develops and evaluates care plans; manages scheduling via company platform; participates in nurse on-call rotation; documents patient encounters per policy; maintains knowledge of Soleo therapies and regulatory requirements; requires GA RN license, BSN preferred, and typically 3+ years infusion experience; must be able to drive up to 2 hours and participate in on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in Georgia
- RN degree, BSN from an accredited institution preferred
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred
- Advanced certification in specialty areas (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required
