Job Summary
Infusion Nurse provides direct patient care for infusion therapy in the home or alternate site, including assessments, care planning, and education for patients and care partners. Responsibilities include coordinating with pharmacists, prescribers, and care team members; educating patients to safely administer home infusion therapy; evaluating home environments for safety; developing and evaluating care plans; managing scheduling via the company platform; participating in nurse on-call rotations; documenting encounters per policy; maintaining knowledge of Soleo therapies and regulatory requirements; and ensuring timely submission of treatment plans and documents. Full-time, 40 hours/week, with on-call rotations Nights/Weekends; GA licensure required; requires ability to drive up to 1.5–2 hours; BSN preferred; on-call availability and infusion-care administration experience emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license by the Georgia Board of Nursing, in good standing
- RN degree, BSN preferred
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred
- Advanced certification in specialty areas (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required
- Participation in on-call rotation including nights and weekends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
