Infusion Nurse

The Infusion Nurse provides direct patient care for infusion therapy in the home or alternate sites, including assessments, care planning, education for patients and care partners, and coordination with the care team (pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, home care partners). Responsibilities include evaluating the home environment for safety, developing and evaluating care plans, managing the schedule via the company platform, participating in an on-call rotation, documenting encounters and plans of treatment, maintaining knowledge of Soleo therapies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Must be an RN licensed in Georgia; BSN preferred; on-call rotations nights/weekends included; experience in infusion therapy and ICU/Cardiac Care preferred. Must be able to drive as needed (mileage reimbursement provided) and communicate with the care team; strong proficiency with Outlook and Office Suite. Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, with on-call requirements.
