Job Summary
Infusion Nurse—Full-time role in Fairburn, GA, providing primary patient care for infusion therapy in home/alternate sites. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning and education, coordination with care team (pharmacists, prescribers, care partners, and community staff), ensuring safe home infusion therapy, documenting encounters, managing schedules, participating in on-call rotations, and maintaining knowledge of Soleo therapies and clinical standards. Requires current Georgia RN license; BSN preferred; 3+ years infusion/critical care experience preferred; ability to drive locally; on-call availability evenings/nights and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in Georgia
- BSN preferred (RN degree, BSN preferred)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Advanced certification in specialty areas preferred but not required (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN)
