Infusion Nurse

Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for infusion therapy in home or alternate sites, including assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education for patients and care partners. Responsible for initiating and maintaining communications with care team members, educating patients on safely administering home infusion therapy, evaluating the home environment for safety, developing and evaluating care plans, coordinating patient care via approved platforms, participating in an on-call rotation, and documenting encounters per policy. Requires strong knowledge of Soleo therapies and regulatory requirements, with ability to manage schedules, ensure timely patient documentation, and respond to emergencies; typically requires RN licensure in GA and, ideally, a BSN with infusion experience.
