Infusion Nurse

Infusion Nurse provides direct patient care for infusion therapy in home/alternate-site settings, including initiation and maintenance of communications with the care team, care planning, education for patients and care partners, and on-call coverage. Responsibilities include evaluating home care environments for safety, developing plans of care with the team, coordinating patient care via approved platforms, documenting encounters, and ensuring timely submission of clinical documents. Requires active RN licensure in Arizona; BSN preferred; 3+ years infusion experience and ICU/Cardiac care experience preferred. Full-time, 40 hours/week with set schedules and on-call rotation; must be able to drive to patients’ homes (up to 1 hour) with mileage reimbursement.
