Infusion Nurse

Job Summary
Infusion Nurse provides direct patient care for infusion therapy in home or alternate sites, including assessments, care planning, education for patients and care partners, and coordination with care teams. Responsibilities include initiating and maintaining communication with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners; evaluating home environments to ensure safety; developing and evaluating plans of care; managing scheduling and documentation; participating in an on-call rotation; and maintaining knowledge of Soleo therapies and clinical standards. Requires active RN license in Georgia, with BSN preferred, and 40-hour workweek with on-call duties; occasional travel to patient sites is expected.
Required Qualifications
- RN degree, BSN preferred
- Current RN license by the Georgia State Board of Nursing, in good standing
- Advanced certification in specialty areas (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required
- Participation in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred
- Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
- Must be able to drive up to 1.5-2 hours as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)
